Why would he lie about a military career? Did you want him to post a picture of his dog tag or something? Considering how many times he has mentioned it, he's either telling the truth, or is the most determined liar in the history of civilization.

Also it's a strawman to compare Supra's posts of his military days, which are clearly meant to be sincere, with Rob's obvious joke posts.

I'd believe Supra's claim solely because he seemed to actually have brain damage (And admitted that), and despite being a member for longer than most of us he was absent for a long while (While touring Iraq? Idk).
