Originally posted by RobtardI completely understand it you clearly don't. If the anterior is stronger due to postural deficiencies then the posterior side is clearly where the muscle weakness is.
The pic doesn't lie.Throwing out words you barely grasp won't help you, as you just said "If the front of your body is stronger…", which parts of the front. Anterior deltoid? Pectorals? Which section there of. Go tap a nap.
You named anterior muscles clearly showing you don't have the faintest clue what you're talking about.
'Muscular shoulders means you have bad posture' and now 'My front is strong because my back is weak'. Just stop talking, slopedshoulderedman
ps Do a complete upperbody workout, don't just focus on your chest in some silly attempt to look buff. <--- more good free advice; hope it doesn't take you 2 years to heed it 🙂
Originally posted by RobtardIt is a kyphotic problem....oh hell why try to explain it to you. You're clearly stupid and don't understand physical therapy whatsoever.
"My front is strong because my back is weak" Just stop talking.Asked specifics, as you were throwing out blanket generalizations in some vain attempt.
I'll put it in terms a meathead can understand.
In the end you should have about a 1:1 back to chest strength ratio in general. Too much chest work and volume will actually pull your shoulders forward. Does this make sense to your tiny brain ? Many athletes, especially men are guilty of doing more chest than back work while weight training. Are you getting it now ?
I would explain the difference between tensile strength and compressive but clearly you're stupid and its a waste of time.

I edited to give you a nice tip on working out, you then saw it and took what I said and tried to make it as your original thought; that is a VERY poor tactic; the time-stamp doesn't lie.
Condolences on your back problems though, IRL shit is not funny.
ps Your "chest" is part of your anterior side(aka front), it's not separate 🙂
Originally posted by RobtardIt isn't a back problem I just explained it so you'd understand it. It is a slouching problem. Forward head and rounded shoulders means your front I stronger than your back. You foolishły said work out your chest. In no way does it make sense to say my shoulders are not muscular no matter how you look at it.

I won't explain the postural aspect of it since you're stupid. Honestly dumb.
Condolences to your brain.

Maybe you should look up what "kyphotic" means then. It's a medical issue and not just someone who has crappy posture.
Strawman, I said: "Do a complete upperbody workout, don't just focus on your chest in some silly attempt to look buff", that would be the opposite of what you're claiming I said 🙂
Now you're just coming off as even more upset and I was sincere in my condolences. Do you want to to also say: "Quanchi has muscular shoulders"?
Originally posted by RobtardI said kyphotic not kryphotic. 😂

Yes, it is a medical issue due to a kyphosis.
This is due to the muscle imbalances which are present with this type of posture. For example, the pecs(anterior) are tight and the muscles of the (posterior) upper back and deep neck flexors are weak. This is usually due to slouching.
You're stupid. I'm smart. Saying my shoulders aren't muscular makes no sense at all. None. I'm done educating you. You're simply uneducated and ignorant. Next time think before spouting off nonsense.

Editing my post so it looks like I said "kry", how clever. Anyhow.
You just said kyphotic was not a "problem":
Originally posted by quanchi112But now you're swinging off what I just told you with it being a medical problem/issue. At least you looked it up, good enough for me.
It isn't a back problem.
Condolences on your IRL back medical issues; I do mean that.
"You said my shoulder aren't muscular!!!!" Still crying over a passing statement I made about your shoulders yesterday. Maybe let it go?
Originally posted by RobtardYou edited it in the time I quoted it. Funny.

It is a problem. It is a postural deficiency. I said that from the word go. It has to do with your pecs and anterior side being strong while your back is weak. I don't have any back issues. Thanks. Saying my shoulders aren't muscular is blatantly untrue and this proves it. You're a liar. Proven.
Thanks for the posts. Thanks for the ignorance.
Originally posted by RobtardYou edited your post at 5:11 after I already quoted and was responding. Condolences.
The time-stamp > your claims. Moving on.You initially said it wasn't a problem, then switched after I pointed out the medical term.
Sure, I believe you despite all the flip-flopping. Moving on.
Maybe you should direct that rage towards the pic for lying to me?
I always said it was a postural deficiency. Always. Be childish and make things up like tiny non muscular shoulders which never made any sense.
I'm logical and understand how the body works. You don't. Thats fine. Just don't pretend you do in the future.

LOL the fool who makes fun of disabled people needs sympathy for his back problems.
While I find him making disabled jokes towards your disabled mom pathetic, I don't believe in making fun of his IRL back problems. Eye for an eye isn't a good practice, imo.
Look up "kyphosis" is you need. Not funny, imo.

Why do you make these nonsense claims that can be easily slapped away? I posted at 2:06 and edited at 2:11 (my time) due to forgetting a [ " ]. You posted at 2:13, or 5:13 your time. That's after the fact. The time-stamp does not lie.
Then you still don't know what kyphotic implies. It’s a serious medical issue resulting in a hunch-back. Look it up if you think I'm lying.
Still raging cos I said you have small shoulders. Damn, Lestov may have been correct.
Says the "it's not a problem!" *gets corrected* "It is a problem!" guy 🙂
