Also, you wouldn't get in trouble for posting the picture if it was posted in a "public" area of the internet. No copyright laws apply if all you're doing is just reposting a link or the image in it's original publicly available form. You don't need Bashar's permission to post it, either. HOWEVER...once you delve into the realm of harassing people who wish to remain anonymous, you run the risk of getting into trouble with some states' and countries' cyber bullying laws. It's best to get permission. As relaxed as the rules are around here, I think that would be over the line and net you a ban from the "we don't really do shit around here" mods.
