Well, I believe that not very many people know who Thanos is outside of comic book readers. And that, imo, includes almost all people that watched the first Avengers movie. And then, to underline the point, I exaggerated it, by saying "literally no one". And now we are here.

Your comment makes no sense, even after you've explained it, because you intended it as humor. It doesn't even count as hyperbole because it goes beyond exaggeration and is directly wrong.

Also, what I thought you meant was no one had ever seen or heard of Thanos in 616 and I was confused or felt like I was missing something because they had (my ignorance would come into play in that I am not up to date on Thanos and it was possible that Thanos had killed everyone that had ever known him or he wiped their memory...seems like a stretch but I wasn't going to let my pride stand in the way of correcting my ignorance).
