I find it bitingly hilarious how somebody can mash the report button a hundred times in one day about the same person for trolling and hurling insults, and then turn right around and do the very exact same thing to that person that they just reported.

This is why I only have one child and not two. I've been a dad for 11 years now and I'm just now starting to like not having to administer spankings and time outs anymore, cuz my kid has grown up a lot.

That is pretty much unneccesary, Quachimon. It was me. But just out of the mild interest in what Impediment would do. I calculated the answer would be "Nothing" and now I have proof for my theory. Since I have my answer now, further investigation is that direction is not needed any longer. And it was pretty obvious, that my reports weren't meant seriously. 🙂

So where was the point in this, you might ask? Besides the reason stated above, I wanted to show you, that virtually every single posts quanchi does these days is trolling, bating and insulting. I've seen people getting kicked out of this forum for far less than that. And while I won't neither criticize your moderation [as I don't have much reason to. I'm not a regular here] nor cast a vote for banning quanchi [which would be senseless anyway], I'm really just asking myself, where the red line is these days, when people can - essentially - just happily exchange insults (and rather personal ones) without consequences.

I've nothing against some banter (or "flaming"😉 here and there - that can be part of the fun. I myself am not exactly known for my niceness in debates. But quanchi is overdoing it lately. And he isn't the only one - just the prime example. Insulting people because of being a single parent or lacking the money to buy a laptop? Really? For me, that's crossing a line that shouldn't be crossed - much like calling quanchi out for living in his mom's house at his age by the way. And that kind of stuff continuing just poisons the atmosphere here. You can click virtually every thread and you will be confronted with quanchi vs. [putyourfavoritehere] in a rather obsessive fashion over multiple pages. And then people wonder about a lack of activity and new members? Just imagine for a split second, to enter this place as a complete newbie. I'd probably just log out and never return after reading the first five threads here.

But that's just my two cents. You people have to deal with this forum here on a daily basis and if you're fine with everything going on here - have it your way. I'm just an occassional visitor. *shrug* So: Sorry for the mild disturbance of the delicate equilibrium within these realms. Good luck, gentlemen.

I also didn't "clutter the report page" or "obsessively" reported you. It were about 10 reports over three days on selected postings that absolutely deserved it.

The last time I reported anyone in the past 5 years was when I thought they posted an intentional spoiler in the Star Wars thread without spoiler tags.
