When Supes comes to the scene, shoot her. He'll use himself as a human shield to save her.

Once he is hurt, move in with all sorts of kryptonite-based weapons.

I imagine other variations to this tactic would also work.

^ We'll have someone tell him where she is. And as soon as he takes off, the snipers are ordered to fire.

We'll make it that the location of Louis is at the other end of the world to where the information (told where she is) is given to him.

Anyway, the bullets are shot from every direction. And the shots will be timed so that by the time SM reaches Louis, the bullets are already fired and 1m (aka very close to her) from her.

Please don't ask how all this is done. Maybe after 10 years of researching and timing, the scenario could be pulled off.
