he took a sundip in a blue sun?

I remember an issue of action comics last year where the light of a blue sun gave him the ability to give any one kryptonian abilities for a while. It was quite retarded to say the least.

No, it was a wacky Pre-Crisis story where he somehow got a new power to create a tiny clone of himself and then used it all the time, so then he started getting jealous of his clone and sent it after a Kryptonite meteor to be killed.
