Since Rulk cannot fly, he would be floating in space the moment he tryed to get to Oa to blow it up. 😄

SMP can handle all Rulk has done, though I doubt he can fly with Mjolnir or use lightning.

I don't know about customize, but there are GLs of different shapes and sizes, one that I saw in Infinite Crisis looked like some sort of amorphous blob.
