A difficult request

Recently I have been reading about various stories widely considered masterpieces and almost perfect. What I suggest is that we discuss these great works, across several mediums and educate each other on what truly makes a great story. I don't know if this has been before. Hopefully the moderators will give it a chance.

Some examples of these stories include: Star Wars, Final Fantasy VI/VII (various) , Metal Gear Solid, Lord of The Rings, Comics, Chrono Trigger etc.

Well, only comics apply in this forum and the others have their own.

What Nuul said. Those are either movie or video game franchises. They all have their own forums, in a few cases forums specifically designated for the franchise.
