These are my favorite too.

#1 all time favorite robots are the M-66s from "Black Magic M-66". If you haven't seen this anime, the fight with the M-66s in the first 10 minutes or so is well worth the time. After that, the anime mimics the Terminator's hunter/hunted style formula, which slows it down a bit. Still worth the time though.
#2 is Sonny from i, Robot (the movie)
#3 is any and all of the Terminators, particularly the T-X model from T3 and the original T100
#4 is Sharon (Boomer) from Battlestar Galactica (I can't remember what number she is)
#5 is Bender
#6 is Six from Tripping the Rift
