There's a huge list of examples of invented powers\powersets that were never actually shown on panel, but are paraded around in multiple bios (aka Cordelia Frost being one of the most powerful empaths on the face of Earth, Shinoby Shaw being able to turn diamond hard etc).
The challenge is- take a character who has never shown any active superpowers on panel, and invent PLAUSIBLE theory of him having some OMGWTF powers (no OMGWTF'ier than high meta level, through). The claim can use "proof" (the example is bio posted above, where they cite the line, supposedly said by Emma). Editing existing Wiki bios is not allowed, of course.
