Umm, okay but none of those scans mention on-panel anything like transmutation of matter into completely different stuff, or reality adjustment.
In my scans, it's stated on panel how he can transmute and has reality adjustment, twice. It also shows him doing it once. id369's catch shows how a couple of issues later he actually warps all of reality. Clearly. On panel.
What do yours show? That Apocalypse is a shapeshifter, and that he has glowy energy powers. 😬

OT: Spawn is capable of doing anything he imagines, due to his symbiot.
