Made Korean Pork Skewers for the family. Had the meat marinading over night and it turned out really good, albeit spicy. Also made my favorite taters.
That's just great! I love Korean cooking. Must've taken quite awhile to cook, but it sure seemed worth it. Especially if the meat is spicy, it's great to have a side dish, and potatoes are a must! Awesome work.

Really, the longest part was the meat marinading. The minimum is four hours and the maximum is 48 hours. Then once I got them on the skewers, it only takes five minutes to broil.
I can imagine it was extremely worth it. I love that first bite you get after knowing ya slaved away for hours making it. Feels good, ma'am.

Awesome! The jalapeno cheese bread and the mayo was what I was wonderin' about.
Easy Recipe #2 (With pictures!)
Gargone Chicken and Turkey Salad:
Ingredients:
6 oz. of diced Grilled Chicken breasts (prepared any way you want. My wife prefers to marinade the chicken breasts in a Chipotle Sauce overnight and grill them the next day.)
4-6 oz. of diced Baked Turkey Breast (whole, not sliced. You can find some at Walmart near the steaks)
Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (or PepperJack..which is preferable. I only used Vermont Extra Sharp to make it taste nastier...because I like nasty)
Diced Red, Yellow, or Green Bellpepper
Thinly sliced green onions (only one..anymore and it becomes too powerful...unless you like that)
10-20 (cherry tomatoes)
Iceberg Lettuce
Romaine Lettuce (I didn't have any for my first go)
Chopped Baby Carrots (make them smaller than I did)
Raspberry Walnut Dressing (or Dressing of your choice. I chose Raspberry Walnut because it was very complimentary to the flavors in this salad. Another complimentary choice is a balsamic vinaigrette, which most of you will probably like more).
Preparation:
Prepare your lettuces however you like. Put it all into a big bowl, mix it, and eat it. Impress your guests with a colorful Salad that also tastes delicious.

That's some awesome shit right there. Chicken is one of the only meats I can eat in a salad, and a major plus for adding the ingredients as well. The few times I have tried raspberry walnut dressing, it's been in dishes that seem to call for it, this looks like one of those dishes.

Oh my fu-! I love it when carrots are chopped up like that. I'm not big on fish, but that does look salivating. The potato wedges are such a nice sidedish too. Great job, Storm!

Whoa, makin' you're own sauce. Awesome Shellie. Judging by the ingredients, looks like the end result is gonna be tangy over spicy. Looin' forward to the end result.
