Well he is going to be in the new GI Joe movie, I'm sure we'll see some serious acting there. 🙄

for a start it's Brendan FRASER...and he's been in "crash" which is about as serious and non comedy a film as you can get
He's also been in "The Air I Breath", which I haven't seen...isn't comedy though.
Somehow makes me think that the thread starter wants Brendan Fraser to star in more serious roles that he then will watch by accident mistaking it for porn.

You really need to see more movies of a given actor before you pass these judgements.
The Quiet American (2002) is another example of him not being the "funny man", it's also a good movie.

Then check out his movies that took place before your birthdate. He has done serious movies. A particularly good was one his role in Gods&Monsters. But it's kinda gay, so you might have to 😘 while watching it.

He was also good in Gods and Monsters, which was a serious role and was also the movie Sir Ian McKellen got ROBBED of Best Actor.
Sorry, didn't take previous posts into consideration. Yes, Mr. McKellen was robbed. He was ****ing awesome in that movie. Indeed, he was also excellent in Apt Pupil. He's my favorite actor. I've never seen a movie that wasn't made better by his participation.

I never said he was all that, just that he was okay. I love how you like to put word's in people's mouth's.
The hell?

You just decided 24 hours ago that you think he is talented and that you think he should accept more serious roles (even though he does already)?
