I'm thinking TV. Or a combination of Punching and matter manip. Maybe manipulating the air in Cm's lungs into some sleeping gas or iron or something. He could also turn his suit into prometheum. That should hold cap nicely. Not a perfect win but it would count.

TV always wins.

And the times E-Rads has done this... is overwhelming I'm guessing? Otherwise this is the same problem many have with Surfer...

It depends. At normal levels, stalemate since he's basically Superman (like Captain Marvel is) and at higher levels it would get a lot more interesting once more exotic powers come into play.

I'm wondering if Erads could manipulate Marvel's lightning (he usually has to resort to that against Supes) the way an Omac could. Omacs have kryptonian tech in them.

Of course. Cept doesn't erads have like Superman's powers too? So he is like as fast and strong as Supers. So he can do his matter manip faster on the draw.

Marvel's lightning is magical in nature...so I assume Erad couldn't manipulate them

An omac (which has kryptonian tech in it) was able to manipulate Mary Marvels lightning.

If that is the case, it's not impossible considering Erad's a much higher from of Kryptonian tech.
