Where were all of the above when King Hulk turned into a gamma bomb? and didn't Sue Richards through up a force field to block out exposure? Someone has lots of explaining to do, because I re-read the ending of WWHulk 5, and I couldn't see who was exposed to the blast, except for possibly Rick Jones, but he's A-Bomb.

Maybe the Rock monster guy who hung out with Hulk, Can't remember if he died in Aftermath ... but he comes from a race that lives in the lava, he's certainly familiar with Thor and I think he was right there when Hulk went nuclear.
