No Anime or Manga: The Real Apocalypse

If the world never had Anime/Manga, how would you guys react and what would you do?

How would we react? What do you mean? If there never was any anime or manga, then we would not even know what it is, or be aware of its existence because it never existed, so there would be no reaction to it.

That's the answer in a nutshell.

Aside from that, I'd just have to contend with American comics... which in many cases are better then a lot of manga anyway.

Okay maybe I screwed up the post here. Okay, so if they kicked Anime/Manga out of America, how would you react and what would you do?

Move to the UK.

haha well i already live in the Uk, not that theres much manga here, i can only ever get Dragonball/Z manga when i go on holiday to other parts of the country !!! same with other comics, i eithe rbuy them online or from othe rparts of the country !!

Just read other comics and play video games

Okay, so what you're asking is, if there was no anime or manga available through some happening in either government or commerce or law, or something like that, regardless of area, what would you do?

I would take it underground, find websites with the material on it, and just go from there. If it was banned throughout the entire world, then we would all just have to come together and make our on little subculture while at the same time trying to hide from the government.

Does that make sense, or does it just sound like an anime fan rambling?

I'm too far from getting connections to be illegal so i would probably just end up dealing with it. I'd still have my memories right? Cause if I did, I'd probably just write thousands of fan fictions in my house.

I wouldn't be bothered by it since I have other sources of entertainment.

I would only be scared going to Japan if Godzilla steps on me.

But seriously, what's so scary about Japan besides trying to learn a new language since you're in a different country? That place has one location full of anime/manga. Almost makes me wish I was there but first I would have to find things to protect myself from those crazed Otaku fans.
