Who is the LT and God Spawn's equal in DC?

In other words, who is the 2nd most powerful character in the DCU hierarchy??

Lucifer, Micheal, Spectre. Either one of them I think.

real quickly before this thread gets closed. i hate to pick at knits here but, God Spawn powerful though he was is no where near LT's lvl or any other of Lt's counterparts in any universe. As we know about the Spawn-verse is that "God" and "Satan" turned out to be nothing more than bickering siblings who have been battling over souls for milenia. After MOM stripped them of thier power she offered the position to spawn..so thogh he was thier equal in status and thier better in power he only had power over one world..for that is the mandate set by MoM for all her kids....sorry to write a mini essay here but the thread kinda implied that LT and G-spawn were sparring partners or something and i couldnt let it sit...please forgive

I think Michael is the equivalent of LT. God-Spawn is far below either.

Spawn said himself, there is an actual God and Devil and beings far more powerful then God and Satan in different universes.

MoM=LT

God Spawn is right below that. And honestly, You'll see many more upgrades that will make Spawn near God level eventually.
