Beyonder by then had limited himself greatly.

Also, even though "a lot" of his limited power was in that cup,
he was more powerful than the Hierarchy combined including the LT

That aside, Beyonder thought he had weakened drastically but he was wrong,
cause he managed to re-create Death anyway, with no more than a "umf" to it.

Nope, not joking at all. Dont really know of anyone or anything in DC, very possible ALL of DC, that could stop the Beyonder if he actually wanted to do something.

Going by subsequent feats, he wasn't weakened, and this was all while limiting his power...Beyonder didn't make sense.

GEB represents the dark, Presence is the light. Nothing could affect the GEB except for the Presence's light, IIRC.
