Darth Caedus vs. Darth Sion

All out brawl

they can both take immense pain so I would like to speculate who would win.. any ideas?

Caedus has more powerful force abilities, and more importantly, Force Sever, which tools Sion instantly. Caedus is immensely more powerful, and Sion doesn't have anything going for him except for the regeneration, which can be overcome with Dun Moch. Sion kind of an unknown anyway, so Caedus wins this.

Exactly. With Force sever, Sion can't hold himself together.
