Well one-shotting one Skyfather and taking on another ought to give you a little indication of how strong he is, right? He can recover from any physical injury, basically do what he wants by snapping his fingers, clone himself, take out the Thor corps without breaking a sweat, etc.
I remember you initially started by trying to discredit Loki with some really stupid comments. If you know shit about a character, try asking about him or maybe even looking in the respect thread. Before you start claiming that various tactics would win.

X-Man is going reality hoping to alternate Earths in order to defend them. His Telepathy is massively strong, seemingly plucking Tundras thoughts in battle. His TK is enough to crush a city in his sleep, and with enough raw psionic to make Asia disappear unconsciously. He can telekinetically simulate super strength/durability. Or create independent acting constructs to do the same.
You don’t think, he would be a challenge for Loki?

I suggest you re-read X-Man 73 & 74. Your mixing up his feats.
One shows the control of his TK on himself. The other, shows how he can physically merge beings. Just an example of how he applies his TK to manipulate matter.

He's "putting" her back together so to speak, and while it's impressive and commendable, it's hardly reason to believe that he could counteract magical transmutation.

Reforming a fractured mind is not an easy ordeal. Especially when her splinters self’s are across realities.
A commendable amount of power and skill is required to pull this off.
