Rulk just flew through Dormammu's head. Then told him he couldn't get out of his dimension. So at most he just annoyed him.

since all this is just leading up to World War Hulks

expect a huge upgrade when the hulk return inevitably, a lot of clue are pointing to that imo.

for example, his daughter lyra said that gamma radiation is ambient all over the place and she can absorb it just by focusing on it, the hulk should be able to do the same. green scar hulk was able to focus his rage so it's not an alien concept to him, he just has to change his focus to absorption i guess.

also, red hulk said that banner was always in control of the hulk. as we know the hulk is dampened by banner's mind subconsciously keeping his power anchored somewhat. if banner focuses himself in order to stop holding the hulk back so much, he'd probably mop the floor with the red hulk.

Maybe he'll return in his Green scar mode abkle to switch back and forth when he wants to.
