Sorry.
10000tons to Superman is like an ant is to the Thing.
It's very correct now.

Still no actual reasons backing up either side?

okay it would be close mainly because of Parkers intellect and supermans arogence. spider man is very strong, agile, and fast with the cosmic power he can stand up to superman. The deciding factor is superman has a weakness a rock(Krytonite).

I think you've been provided a few reasons for Superman. Superman is faster, a lot stronger and more durable. Uni Spidey's one chance would be to produce K-Nite with his energy manip, but that's a big if considering he'd have to know how and why K-Nite affects Superman to begin with to produce the radiation.

So Superman more than likely takes it.

That wasnt superman lifting that up. Stop spamming. You can quite clearly see superman and superboy standing on the ground.

Whoever said that is ignorant.
Superman's strength easily surpasses 7x10^21 tons.
John Byrne's Superman (a weak one) was still lifting mult billion ton mountains.

Show me this mountain feat.

It's in the respect thread somewhere. It's an issue where Superman casually tosses a mountain big enough to crush metropolis into the sun from Earth. The pic posted in this thread is from a damaged/weakened Eradicator.

As for this thread...Superman wins. See pissed off Supes vs Blackrock.

he deciding factor is superman has a weakness a rock(Krytonite).

And spider-man is weak to bullets, fire, explosives, big falls, drowning etc. Your point?

The mountain feat isn't valid. It was said in a later issue it weighed only 80 tons. Sure that makes no sense but this is Byrne here.

Byrne era Superman was to all intents and purposes was class 100. In as much that he could only lift around 100 tons.

Modern Superman is easily in the metric quintillion ton level more if you except Busieks view that he's once again a planet mover.

I'm closer to Cosmic Spider-man in strength than he is to Superman.
