Why can't Jalek make the teacher. You just said you only wanted one more. Why not let him be the one?

Fact is it's not like people even need to be a teacher..what's wrong with having grown people at the school like in a x-movie with the guy with the wings..I know which one I'm just not saying cause someone told me they'd stuff my mouth with their sock if I said the name of the movie
