From how I understood it, Mikael has been in prison more than once. I have this itchy hunch that he is not very pure at heart.

I think we should put a rule.

No one can finish the adversary. The adversary must post himself that he was defeated.

We can judge a battle by 2 criterias:

1- The actual powers of the characters. Which would be stronger than the other.
2- The way the characters are describing their fights. The one with the better description and tactics would win.

Any thoughts about that?

It would depend completely on the situation.

Of course, I was merely suggesting something that could be perfected.

While for instance the character Jane can finish just about anyone of in a single post (Powerwise), another example would be Mikael who is pretty much so impossible to defeat in one post.

The situation matter, but so does the powers of a character. Yuna for instance has precognition, future sight, teleport and echolocation. Even though she never fights, she would be pretty tough to actually bring down due to her ability to "evade" the combat situation.

Then we have characters such as Billy, Lance and Skiv, who use magic (Which is a VERY wide area of usage). They should always have a say in fights, for as long as it is not Jane they are fighting.

Alright. You can either act to know her, or to meet her for the first time. My intentions was to have her being well known at Hero High (Even though she no longer works there), but there are always new students as well 😉

It could also be in a paper, scissors, rock kind of manner. Like most characters that are based around solely on magic and have no combat skills, would probably be defeated by Vash. Telekinetic characters of the sort or those who have also mastered combat very well could very much defeat Vash.

But we will see. Each member of the RP should just have a 'godmodding meter.' Like, if you defeater a character the previous time and he retreated, let him defeat your character the next time.

Of course....but it might be a bit hard to jump into the general part of what is going on.

I personally do not care who defeats who, as long as it does not defy logic. Examples:

- Yuna can see the future and teleport, thus' defeating her would not be the easiest thing to do.
- Vash has magic resistance, so using magic against him would be absolutely hopeless.
- Mikael has incredible endurance (Shown as he remained concious after smashing into a mountain at mach 10)
- Meo is a cat (6th sense, anyone? 😉)
- Jane move in Mach 10, which makes her pretty tough to actually touch
- Alice can disable powers. The only two on school that she can not disable are Andrew and Mikael. Defeating her would take martial arts or non-power moves or attacks.

It all matters on the situation and who is fighting. A "Godmodding meter" wouldnt work, since you never know how the next scenario will look like.

I guess so. We will see how it works out =]
