i liked the lady in the water but the villagers look dumb kinda, steward little was alright (i think he was involved with that movie too cant remember clearly) and hes directing last air bender AND HE HAD BETTER DO A GOOD JOB ON IT OUR I BE COMING FOR HIS ASS!
personally i find the show more racist than the movie in this manner, the show everybody was asian, with the exception of the monks and inuit, all the movie is really doing is representing all the different cultures, the main character in the show was white, he was just about the only one, the was no indian people in the show either, despite being the largest demographic in the world

Thats not racist at all and king boomi looked indian btw. Simply put the shows world was based alrgely o nthe different asiant cultures so it makes since to be most asian people, its not exactly our earth after all.

india is asian, and largely influence the rest of asia
And? It's a clearly different culture then the others though, the only place indians would make sense at would be earth kingdom. but really it doesn't matter they each were based one specific groups and looked the part. Like of diversity in a show doesnt make it racist it just means they aren't there. In their world they all look like a east asians, south east asians, ainu type groups which doesnt really matter seeing as it's not even our earth, hell theirs only has 4 countries. The show wasn't racist though at all, most of the people that helped with it wouldnt help if it was.
