Personality(Including Likes and Dislikes) : Donny is a sick minded being who also possesses super human intelligence that surpasses almost every human in the world. Due to his wit in his trickery and mischievous act, he is also very sly, dangerous, and charming all at the same time. He always mocks those who think negatively about him and praise those who respect him. He does not talk much as he only speaks when he is spoken to. In the mean time, he completes whatever task he would like to accomplish.
Story: Donny's real name is unknown as he was an orphan throughout his life given the name of a past child who was very ill tempered and intelligently ignorant for his age. However, Donny was born with a special capability of acumen and superb politic manner upon anything he would like. As a child, he was raised by no one and took care of himself trying not to depend on others. It did not come from his own mind but how he felt and his mind's maturity rapidly increased throughout his childhood to the point where he began to associate himself with older thugs.....but not any hoodlums but crime organizations. Donny ran away from the orphanage he once lived in and soon became one of the highest ranks of the entire mafia where he was successful in his mischief s. But around the age of 14, Donny out smarted and manipulated every one of the bosses who got in his way. It seems he has discovered many abilities and powers throughout his experience and used them as secret and lethal weapons. He felt unstoppable and knew that he would be fit as leader. However, he had many of the members executed as he knew they would not be fit for the new organization he will soon rebuild. It was all going to be built underground. And through the world will the society be in his hands. He has already taken over politics in several states and a few other countries but the fearful part was how gullible the public is. Donny has created a huge HQ of mass destruction, crime, and tyranny upon his own hand starting out as a Crime lord to a world class criminal and still being the innocent acting man he is in Real life to hide that identity.
But one boy was not fooled at all. Ricardo found Donny in an alley one night as he came back from school and from there on, they began there feud once they both knew that this world was counting on them but each chose a different destiny for it. They were both very witty young men who fool each other and insult each other. Sometimes they would end up battling each other, ending in a draw as always. This usually happens once a week.
Donny has discovered that an interference was keeping his corporation from spreading and that was the presence of super beings. IF the Corporation was underground of the school, it would easily be discovered. He had to take the school down little by little as he knew this would be the only one that was in existence to destroy his plot. He has enrolled himself into this school under a secretive identity and take down every possible threat to taking down the head of the entire school. Once that is done, the School shall be shut down and none will return as his corporation shall continue.
Donny is only inches away from taking over an entire hemisphere of the world.

Perhaps could Raphael Thorne and a governmental attack have some sort of connection. Nozdormu seems to play out the character as if he is rather famous for anyone who keeps an eye on the news. He is rich, he is a business man, a former lawyer and has a lot of companies. He could have sufficient contacts and influence to pull such a thing of. IC he even said that Thorne had even made a documentary about why the world did not need superhumans.
If we need another villain I've got one based on a real life psycho named Jason Morris Howard.

Story:
On May 5, 2004, rural Georgia schoolteacher Wanda Parnell received a strange letter from an anonymous author telling her to go to the house of her close friends, Mildred and Jewel Cleveland. The Clevelands had not been seen or heard from for more than a month. The mystery writer told Parnell to "go there with the local sheriff, take inventory and contact whoever you must." The cryptic note ended with a chilling message: "I took nothing of theirs with me....It's exactly what it looks like. Date was April 1st 10:55 a.m." A terrified Parnell feared the worst had happened to her close friends.
A few hours after receiving the strange letter, Wanda Parnell, accompanied by her husband and James Caines of the Liberty County Sheriff's Office, went to the Cleveland home to check on her friends. Several calls to the home went unanswered, and when the Parnells and Deputy Caines entered the house, they found no one inside. But, the family's pets were there along with an envelope containing $400 and instructions to use the money to take care of the dog. Mildred Cleveland also appeared to have left her purse with her I.D. and prescriptions behind. Even more strange was Jewel Cleveland's abandoned wheelchair, which he relied on more and more as his health declined.
In the months before their deaths, relatives say the Clevelands had struggled living in the same house with Mildred's grown son. Jobless and socially withdrawn, he was a disturbed man who had been committed to a mental institution for schizophrenia following his arrest for robbing a bank. Although his mother thought that he could be rehabilitated and insisted that he live with them, relatives say her husband, Jewel, wasn't so sure. As Jewel's health declined, the son had taken on some care giving responsibilities, but with some resentment. In an undated note, the son expressed his frustrations about receiving $400 for helping his stepfather:
"After much arguing, I, The Stranger, reluctantly take the above monies as they are my only source of income. I do not agree with the amounts. I feel that I am underpaid for the work that I do and the harassment that I endure..."
The son's parents were found buried in the barn dead for some time. The son vanished off the face of the earth...
