Janet looked around as she lifted every students items high into the air."Now you finish."Your men won't trash this school!"Every door and window in the school slammed shut.

Janet focused her power on the police men.Even though she looked as if her weren't active they were.She slowly eased the feeling of sleep over the police."ok they can go in the lockes but not before I remove every students items"

Unless you have something to hide, I see no reason to remove the items of the lockers, and if you do have something to hide, it could easily be considered resistance of cooperation and a violation of our warrant. A warrant of this degree permit a complete sweep, which by removing items you would be denying" Raphael couldnt help but to grin. They were more resistant to the search than he had expected. Perhaps could this day get even better?

Rogue appeared and sent a calming peace from his mind into that of the Police officers "Relax. " He then called upon the Earth beneath him and went underground, headed towards his locker.

She smiled, and her blush remained as he reached for her chin, running his hand over it. The blush was no longer one of shame though, as she had realised he did not hold any grudges against her disappearance. She felt bad still, but she had to learn to let go in order to move on. Today, and yesterday, had been two big steps in her life. She had at last gained a new friend, but also, she had learnt to fly. She then paused all thoughts and motions for a moment, thinking. She hadnt thought about it at first, but it came to her now.

"You PUSHED me"

It wasnt an angry amplification of the word, but mixed with a touch of laughter. He had taken the courage to do what she never did, and she was more thankful for it than words could describe. Words werent enough, but .. she paused her thoughts once again for a moment, before quickly reaching over to him and gave him a brief kiss on the cheek. She then smiled even more and laid on her back, staring up into the sky.

"ashame really I had hoped that you would be capable of gaining more pleasure from the first flight then a simple black out."

He continue to stroke her chin, he had helped her he had actually for the first time in his life actually helped someone and not just increased there suffering as it sometimes had been the case, various scenarios flashed before his eyes, but they all just as quickly faded away to make room for this scenario, him lying next to a friend that he had helped.

He said with a glimt in his eyes. Here next movement toke him completely by surprise it was the last thing he had expected, his hand just went directly up to the chin to feel where Saleena's lips had just touched him and he went red like a cherry. He looked at her and saw that she was focused on the sky, a part of him was glad that she hadn't seen this display of emotions and another part sad, he turned to look at the sky too but in the movement his eyes caught the police cars parked in the front, he didn't give it much thought though the police could be here for numerous reasons, and they wasn't what was important now, Saleena was.

"No your warrent states the school.not the childrens belongings.If it makes you happy then go ahead.What up with them"Janet looked over at some of the police."Wait you came here with sleepy police?They could mistake anything for anything."

Rogue then told Janet mentally "I am clearing out all student belongings."
Sure Enough Rogue was using his abilities all at once to remove all student possessions to somewhere else.

Tsecti roared and his eyes began to glow and the claws on his hands extracted.

"I don't need any offical diplomatic immunity, because i hold more power then all of your worlds governments combined with the snap of a finger my army could be here in seconds, now how would you like that an fully trained army each with powers that could cripple earth militias single handed. Now i'm the great master Tsecti of the planet Pakil commands you to leave my apprentice and his items out of this or all your officers here will die. And yes you can mark that as a threat." His voice showed extreme amounts of hostility and so did his very posture

Rogue rose out of the ground "Tsecti, Calm yourself. " as he said this he projected a wave of soothing calm into Tsecti's mind. Meanwhile Jeffrey hid the crystal he had gotten his powers from, making it look like a decoration in his room. "I can't let them take this crystal. " he thought as he grabbed the sword case under his bed. He then removed the blade from it, sheathing it at his waist.

*Place their itemsback.*Janet walked closer."You've done eough now leave before I force you out."She could feel her power becoming active as small objects floated around the school.

I know this the same way that I know that at least two people have read my mind since the moment I walked into this school. "Fine. Go ahead and attack Earth. I am searching his locker, as am I searching his dorm. I remain loyal to my government, and will preform the orders I have been given. Only my death, or the destruction of said room and locker would be sufficient to stop me. Be my guest. You seem eager enough to start a war, so do it"

Rogue then rose in front of the officer "I will pay you to leave now and say this inspection is complete. 50 grand to be exact. " Rogue had 50 thousand dollars in a bag. He had gotten the money by selling a force field to the gov in this time. "There, You have my offer now either take it or leave it. " Jeffrey stumbled and fell but then got back up. He was going to go see these 'officers'.

The officer looked at the bag of money, then looked at Raphael.. Only for a second did he think before he shook his head.. Raphael was one of the wealthiest people on the planet, and one of the more influenced ones.. He could pay more, and he already did.. He had gone trough the risks with each and every attending officer, and had granted them all money that was directly given to their families, both because they were willing to take the risk, and in case something happened.

Rogue smiled "I can also give you tech beyond what you currently have if you leave. " He then concentrated, a Multi Dimensional 6 Gun appearing. He had used a time pod at his waist to bring it to this time. "Take it. " he said as he handed it to Raphael. Then in a booming voice that would frighten anyone he said "LEAVE!!!!"

"Bribing and threatening. Behaviour noted" Raphael arched an eyebrow. Sure, the voice was an intimidating one, but Raphael could keep his emotions in check. It was important to one such as himself to keep his cool, even though on the inside it had caused some fright. On the outside, as well as his mental pattern indicated no fear or worry.

Janet stood ready to push them all out.

Tori came out of the class room seeing all kinda of things floating around."Whats going on with all the nosie."She walked up to the large group.Her robtic eyes scanned the crowd untill they locked onto Janet."Hey J was going on? Oh"

Rogue starting to get very angry buried a hot poker of pain in Rapheael's brain "GET OUT OF THE SCHOOL. " he said as his eyes glazed over. The Earth began to shake as rogue got angry. It was apparent that you didn't mess with him. He then said in an even louder and deeper voice "BE GONE AND NEVER RETURN!!!!" The Voice surely would have shook anyone to their core and made them comply with his wish for them to be gone.

Raphael fell to his knees, holding his head. He winched, but was completely silent. He clenched then his fists, and whispered "Repulse". Rogue, along with other telepaths were temporarily banned from Raphael's mind and he rose rapidly, slapping Rogue over the face with a backhand "INSOLENT RAT!"

Rogue stunned by the slap reached into his mind deep within it, He then reached out to Raphael's mind using the other side of his Telepathy, the calm. He then extended tendrils of soothing calm into raphael's mind, pressing them until they would make him drowsy.
