HERO HIGH 2 - The Mystery

Perhaps your one of those with crappy powers, that cant defend yourself against the more powerful ones" The officer laughed and smiled as he turned to bow in respect to Jeffrey before turning to the exit. He would add the word self-defense in the report, but knowing Raphael, he'd probably exclude the word.

Jeffrey "Some Times My powers fail me, So I prepared ahead of time. The Weapons are also good mediums to focus my powers through, enhancing my abilities. " "Watch and Learn. " he said to the Officer pointing at the Wooden Dummy he had set up. "Burn. " he commanded and white fire streaked from his hands into the dummy burning it to ashes. "There. Problem Solved. "

As Skiv walked through the halls began seeing officers going through people's dorms and lockers. He began to run down the hall where he saw a woman who looked like a teacher with guards standing next to her.

"Hey, do you know whats going on?" He asked the woman, he found it strange that a teacher has guards standing next to her.

Harkin shrugged and glanced at the boys. "I dont know.. Some kind of sweep I guess." She ran a hand through her hair and casually reaching up and running her fingers over the crescent moon on her temple. "If you have anything to hide I suggest taking care of it before they catch you." She smiled as her hand fell from her moon to the collar on her neck. A light was flashing on the front of a little black box connected to the collar. One of the guards fingered the switch on his remote. "Careful now, Harkin." She sneered and looked at the man. "I know.. I'm behaving... God you two are nothing but thorns in my spine."

Skiv stood still for a second and began trying to think if he had anything worth hiding. He shrugged then noticed her little comment about the guards.

"Why do you have two guards watching you?"

Dosu watched her closely with his arms crossed * now what bs is this ?*

Sakon awoke and turned in the bed. He noticed Az. He got out of the bed and sat by where she was sleeping. He watched her. * she reminds me ....so much ... so much like Tayuya. I wonder where Tayuya is now* He smiled and closed his eyes.

Harkin looked at the boys. "These two? They were assigned to watch me. I teach villain 101.. And the only way to teach heros about villains is to bring one in. If I behave and teach here for 6 years, then I am free to return to my realm with a clean slate." She frowned and looked back at the students and the officers. "But... I have to put up with these people, and the children of the heros who imprisoned me... One of the teachers here was the one to delivered the final blow too. I've been asleep for 6 years... Hoping to awake a free woman... But life isnt that easy for people like me." She smirked and winked at the two boys."

Dosu was unamused by her. He looked at Skiv to see what kinda responce he would have to this. * i dont care who gets in my way, i want Derek dead for what had happend.* Dosu shook his head * shamful Derek*

Skiv smilied and then covered his mouth as he tried to hold in a laugh,

"thats a messed up punishment, what'd even do" He was barly able to speak it he still partially laughing at the fact that she has to teach abunch of do gooders for the next six years and be watched by these clowns the whole time.

She smiled and looked Skiv up and down. "Pathetic isnt it?... I'd kill myself but I'm afraid of what might be waiting for me in hell." She shook her head and pointed to her collar. "If it wernt for this I would have killed these two long ago." The guards tensed and rested their fingers on the trigger. She growled and looked at each of them, hate burning in her eyes.

Az opened her eyes and quietly looked up at Sakon. "Hey... You didnt sleep for very long."

Sakon sighed" i couldnt i just ...... you remind me of somone special is all and well ....." He didnt know what to say. " lets just say that ive been seeing the past alot latley. Sakon looked out the window * right Dosu ?* He turned back to Az and smiled " thx agian for letting me stay here after all that happend"

step out of your dorm room and start talking to someone.))

Skiv smilied and began to look the two guards up and down, he could tell that they liked having power over her. He walked up to Harkin placed his face next to hers, he then whispered in her ear.

"And if these two just happened to have an accident would the trigger be pressed by itself or would somone else then be in control. I sense that you use magic and us magic based people must look out for one another"

his eyes were focused on the guards making sure they couldn't clearly hear him.

She turned her head and brushed her lips against his ear as she spoke. "They know of my power. They are trained in the black arts. If they even suspect that you are trying to set me free then I am done for... Do not try it my dear... There are others who can stop me... And one of them happens to be your teacher." She smiled and ran her fingers across his cheek. "Thank you for trying my boy."

Az frowned and pulled him down to lay with her, wrapping her wing around both of them. "It's ok... I dont mind... I like the attention." She smiled and snuggled up against him.

He stepped back and raised an eyebrow, as he stared at her.

"Which teacher? and the name's Skiv not boy" His face showed that he was intrigued, he figured everyone at hero high would have been all good. The thought of another bad magic user made him smile

Sakons eyes widend. He felt himself blushing. He felt embarrased. He could feel the touch of her wings. Sakon thought the wings were pretty cool. He smiled after realizing how close he was to her. He smiled while looking into her eyes * shes really somthing else ...... was this the same feeling Dosu got with Vixen ? * he thought. " this is comfortable " He said smiling.

She smiled and put a finger to Skiv's lips. "I'm sure if you do your homework you'll figure it out."

Az smiled and snuggled in against him. "You're cold... You should have kept the blanket."

Sakon smiled " its ok im fine thx " Sakon was so close to her face. He didnt know what came over him but it did. He kissed her on the lips then looked at her waiting for a responce * o man did i f@#$ up ?! yea i did i havent known her that long , what will she do !?* He said in his mind.

Skiv scracthed his head and sighed

Skiv began to grow tired of standing around in the hallway, after he wrapped up the conversation he was gonna head elsewhere.

"So what are you about to be doing, miss.. i never got your name?"

She smiled sweetly and bowed to him. "Harkin... Harkin Deva. I need to return to my chamber... Or jail cell if you will. But I should return tomorrow for class.. Hope to see you again, Skiv." Her eyes sparkled at him before she started off down the hall.

Az blushed and looked up at him quietly for a moment. "I.. I um.." She closed her eyes and took a deep breath before kissing his cheek. "Thank you." She burried her face in his chest, thinking somehow that would hide her.
