As they all stood or sat down, Herakal began smiling. He reached his hand to the side of his head and began to scracthing his head, as he scratched he reached his index finger over and tapped the device.
"Well it all started when i was walking a few blocks from here whe.." he was cut short by a blinding light that engulfed them all. the light was coming from a large space ship in the upper atmosphere and the light beamed them up. When the light vanished all of them except for Kat were in a large room with lazerfield as a door the lazer would burn to touch. herakal quickly pressed the device on his temple again and a loud high frequency noise began sounding in the room set to their brainwaves to cause intense pain to the sides of the head
Instead of in the room Herakal had Kat beamed in front of the room like himself.
"I saved you litte one, for my meal" He looked down at her and growled, she had nothing constraining her or anything. He wanted her to try and fight back.

A Yakat shapped robot looked over and saw a firery bird like thing in the window. The robot turned its head sideway, then ran to the controls and started the ship back up, the engines roared and it began to be thrust forward in space, hoping to lose the phoenix on the way.

Ben wasn't impressed with this plan. He knew something like this would happen. The fact that Herakal was about to attack Kat wasn't making things any better. He saw Janet in her Phoenix form but this was his fight now. His ears were beginning to bleed and everything was going dark but he summed up all of his remaining strength and sent a storm of concussion rings all over the cage walls, effectively stopping the lasers.
He then put an enchantment over his ears to quail the ringing. "You can't have all the fun," Ben said to Kat. "You made a big mistake, dog boy," he said to Herakal and sent a concussion ring towards the alien.
"Their fine. I put an enchantment over them to drown out any sharp or loud noises.," he looked at Herakal. "Your little mechanical friend over there is pointless. He won't be able to out maneuver Janet. She's the Phoenix. And you won't be able to defeat us. And that little stunt you pulled isn't going to sit right with the rest of my friends, so you might want to fight your hardest and get the hell out of here before they wake up. But you do have to get through the two of us first."
Herakal smilied and with a blur motion he was on the other side of them, he then laughed and in a another blur he was next to Ben.
"You got some nice powers kid, but your just too slow and ur not gonna slow me down again" He swung his leg down and high speed into Ben's and follwed with an elbow the the stomach, as soon as he hit he was next to Kat, He grabbed her throat and pressed her against the wall.

The robot noticed that the ship was being pulled back and he flipped a switch and abunch of lazer like missles bean being fired at Janets position.

Herakal let out a grunt as he was struck in the chest, he threw Kat across the room. A Blur and he was in front of her again

The robot was running out of options, his weapons wernt working and he as getting closer to the earth by the second. As a last resort he activated the warp drive, knowing it wouldn't really send him far away but hoping it would put enough thrust to stop her from pulling the ship back at such high speeds.
