HERO HIGH 2 - The Mystery

Derek did not look at Skiv right away. He was looking at Vash.

''Understand that what you say is pure nonesense, Vash. How could me, alone, take control of all the school. I don't have any powers to be scared of. Look at me, I'm a young scientist.''

He came closer to him.

''Before threatening any students, Mikeal included, you must be sure of what you are saying. Any mind tricking students could have made you hallucinate this so called meeting. The talk Mikeal and I had was on very pacific terms. Look, none of us are bruised. Right Mikeal?''

Mikeal just nodded. Derek came across Vash's eyes. A glance of lightning passed in Derek's.

''Or are you threatening students freely? Do we understand eachother?''

He whispered for only him to hear:

''Do not try to stop something that could change this school, or you will be drained in the current''.

And with that he turned arround.

''See you Mikeal'', with a wink remembering of the agreement and what Derek did just do for him, as he took Skyv by the shoulder.

Blackness, and instantly they were back in the lab. Derek was pissed.

''Before I tell you anything Skiv, you will explain the dragon. What was it for?''

Skiv looked back and forth quickly before slamming his fist into a table, breaking it in the proccess.

"Why did you do that, i could have destroyed the guard without even trying" He was yelling loud and powerfully at derek, and as he exhaled you could see a smoky substance coming out of his mouth.

"And the dragon was a mere test"

Derek turned, enraged.

''Never again shall you test me Skiv, or I shall test you.''

Derek's eyes gloomed, his pride had been hurt.

''Understand our goal is not to kill any guards, it is far greater than this. Eventually, the guards and teachers will join, or they will fall. But that is not for us to decide at this moment. What do you think our reputation would have been, if you had killed him? That people would trust us? That we would be able to walk freely in the school? No, we need all the lattitude in our interest as we get get. Do you understand, Skiv?''

By the end of his sentence, his tone came back to normal. His anger had passed, and he was looking at Skiv with friend's eyes.

"Well then. I guess that sums the situation up": Mikael shrugged where he sat, as he then stood up. He looked then at Vash and Akido, shaking his head: "I'm a 12th level intellect. Would I really do something to risk my own safety, sir?"

Skiv stomped his right foot unto the ground, and extended his right arm quickly with his palm facing Derek. A large bolt of lightning shot out of his palm and struck Derek in the chest with a enough volts to burn a man but not cripple him.

"NEVER ATTEMPT TO THREATEN ME AGAIN, OR YOU WILL SOON LEARN THAT I DO MUCH MORE THEN JUST CREATE THINGS, FOOL" his eyes began to glow the very blue color of his magical energy.

Vash cursed as they teleported before he could say anything back or do anything. He wanted to teach Skiv a lesson. People like him depend on their powers too much, and he wanted to see the look on his face when the magic bounced off Vash harmlessly due to his magical resistance. But that is for another time.

"We will deal with them later, but for now. I ask of you Mikeal that you do not give him the block. Is it that big of a request? Now give me your final answer. Will you give him the device?"

Derek stood up.

''Fool... all those years you had no idea who I was''.

Using the air as energy, he reconstructed his burning and painful wound. Anger attained such a blow in his mind, to be hit by a friend, or what seemed to be a friend.

He laughed as soon as the wound recovered.

''So be it. I shall tell you what you want to learn''.

With a pitch black light, he dissapeared, only to surprise Skiv from the back. As he did, gravity arround him crumbled up to 120 times higher than normal. He crumbled down completely on the stomach.

''What I have learned, what I can summon, is no magic... it is much more''.

He didn't let Skiv time to teleport, as he quickly circled him with a temporal distortion.

''What I control, magic comes from it. It is the basics of all life, all things. Think about it. A power that could change anything. That could influence yourself to an advantage, disadvantage everyone else. I'm starting to master time. I am not teleporting, merely using a time vortex to pierce into the cosmic plane and reappear at another. But as I go, I learn more. Imagine, gravity, time, mass, dark holes, electricity, mecanism, sonic waves.... the possibilities are endless, and I have so much to learn. And so do you''.

With that he freed Skiv from his gravity and temporal hold. It took alot of energy, and he was not used to it.

Bringing his friend up.

''Tust in me, as I trust in you. Us combined could achieve greatness, and benefit everyone from this''.

He held his hand to shake that of his friend. Their egos both got hurt in this fight. But he beleived they could come out of it stronger.

"I can do a lot of things, but I can not see into the future. I will create the device, but if it ends up in your or his hands, I have not yet decided. We will see how the future transpire and we'll go from there"

Ricardo widens his eyes and decided to get up off the bench of the courtyards and run to his dormitory. What has he gotten himself into. How can he be so foolish to actually think of showing off such a power of predicting the future and reading minds as his own Inner core of his mind can destroy objects in seconds. He began to run to his dorm and ran inside. He felt that he would soon be found but he did not worry of having any actions towards him. Ricardo's mind can monitor the entire school and he can see into many places throughout the campus, and he can also hear things. The conflict between this new student with ability with predicting the future gave him a bit of a scare.

Ricardo walks over to his bed, which has already been made for him and lays down, feeling much more relaxed. His Adams apple kept moving up and down due to his nervousness.....But why so nervous? Ricardo can read almost any type of minds, human or not. He can probably predict what shall occur next.

Skiv stared coldly at Derek, and his body was glowing with the energy of magic. He reached out and grasped Dereks hand, but in the process raised his arm and lifted derek over his head.

"If i was in that gravity a second longer i would have just done this and given myself the strength to get up; so relaize that anything you can do to me i can come back from." He let derek down and then he disapeared in a another cloud of dust.

Vash nodded. "Then so it shall be. If we will be friends or enemies in the future is yet undecided... Funny how faith works, isn't it? Well, I'll see you later"

Vash sighed as he walked away.

He neared two students, and one was hurt. A piece of chimney was nearby.
"Oh god, is he alright?" asked Vash as he ran up nearby. He looked over at the student that got hit by the chimney. He seemed alright. Then he looked over cautiously at the student who was near him.
Vash was mesmerized by the beauty of the girl he looked at. He stared at her, for a minute stunned. Then he realized he might seem weird, and laughed.

"My apologizes, I just got to admit your one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen"

Jeffrey appeared in Hero High. He then built with bits of Technology, A Device to Neutralize his own powers and went outside to see the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. "Who are you?" he asked the girl vash was flirting with.

After the incedent, Akiba walked with Vash his head low " i cant belive i let myself get angry at those punks...." He said to himself. He had an expression of sadness on his face. He put away the matroshka and made sure his pistol was straped in properly. Once Vash started telling the girl that she was beautiful Akiba smiled and rolled his eyes " Vash " He said out loud. He then looked off to the distance

Derek smiled as Skiv dissappeared.

''Fool, if you would have gone upward a couple of minutes ago, I would have applied gravity as many times as it would take to have crushed your body.''

But he didn't mind. He knew Skiv was strong in his own way, and he knew that both together could provide any futile attempts made against them in the future.

And suddenly, he felt a disturbance in the order of things.
A temporal distortion and he was knocking on Ricardo's door.

This little man, he thought, had something no one else had.

Ricardo found no other reason to leave his dormitory too often. He felt that a powerful mind comes great responsibility. Especially when you intrude the business of others. He felt a bit out of place when it came to this school. He knew he had to attend his classes when he needed to so that was another reason to leave his dorm. For now, he began monitoring the entire school, assured that none will find out. But what did it make him?

All of a sudden he hears a knock on his door. He expected it a long time ago anyways. It could be a teacher, or of course someone to drop off some materials. He tries to make sure as he reads the mind of the man as he opens his door. He widens his eyes.

Having no answers, Derek knocked on Ricardo's door once more.

Jeffrey walked off, crushed by denial and headed towards the training room. Using his powers, He slammed all the training dummies he had set up.

(I will act as if Billy is unconcious. She did heal him, but considering he was very weak in ESB-1138's last post, I will pretend that he became unconcious again and go by that)

Bloom turned to watch the man that had approached her. He wasnt very modest with his words, getting right to the point like he did. She smiled towards him and blew the hair from her face, before turning back to look at Billy. She stroke her hand across his forehead, as the scar from the impact faded.

"Why thank you, handsome, but I'd shield my head if I were you. It's raining chimneys for all that I know. I found him unconcious, and treated his injury. Luckily I was around, and I'm not even a member of the school. Some heroes you are, allowing your fellow students get killed by chimneys"

She grinned, stroking Billy's hair where he rested unconciously on her two vines that held him up. She turned to look at Vash then, analyticly studying the man from top to toe with a smirk on her face.

''Hello, fellow student. May I come in for a little chat. It will not be too long'' Derek said, with a smile and kind eyes. His tall figure, long white hair, and piercing blue eyes made him seem like an angel.
