HERO HIGH 2 - The Mystery

Zero turned and smacked Hunters hand away she slammed her swords into the ground and slid to a stop, "I'm done with that place, ever since I got there I've been treated like a kid!" she flicked her swords then put the back in her sheaths. "Do I look like a damn kid!" she was changing back to normal the fur was gone and her ears and tail turn black again, "You can do whatever you want, you probably don't even want to be here with me anyways." She walked away with a slight limp, she entered an ally looking for her new home she had everything she needed with her.

Sam smiled giving Harkin a goofy thumps up, "I'll take good care of him and Hunter was right you are old," she laughed knowing that pain would soon follow. Suddenly she heard her name over the intercom "Samantha Swift Please report to the office You have a mail." she voice repeated itself, "Well I wonder what that could be." She didn't have any relatives she knew of so it couldn't be a present and she didn't have any friends so what could it be.

Turok kept his same calm tone of voice as he responded to the question, all though he found it an odd one, he thought everyone knew he wasn't going to stick around. "Rome was never my home, I had a task to complete there that took longer then I had planned. Once done I left for here, well not this location but America it self. Was summoned around there and eventually made it my home for a while before retiring back to another Dimension." thinking about his stay in America made him smile, he was pretty happy there for a while.

"Hey! Your a year older! Don't be giving me greif!" She looked towards the school. "Looks like someone else knew it was your birthday. Go on, scoot! Ill hold down the fort till you get back."

Hunter followed Zero into the alley."Just chill out. Your thinking too much. Of course the teachers are gonna act like that, they dont understand us well. Also, your not staying in this ally either. How would you think I would feel if I left and found out you were hurt? And you are wrong about one thing, if I didnt want to be here with you than I wouldnt have chased after you, twice, or I wouldnt have accepted to date you for a week. So really I like being with you....and I like you. There I said it. But if you wanna stay here Im not gonna force you to leave, but I want you to come with me...Zero." Hunter was expressionless although he meant ever word.

Sam laughed teleporting to the school's main office, she saw a woman sitting in a chair and a man dressed in a black suit holding a manila folder "Samantha Swift?" the man asked, Sam nodded walking up to the man. "I am from an adoption agency that was hired to take care of your case, we've been looking for you after when we heard of your parents deaths when we finally got word you were attending Hero High we came immediately." Sam nodded again not really following what the man was saying, "Wait, adoption agency?" Sam asked. "Yes like I said we were hired to handle your case it was a...very special case...its all inside the folder." The man handed her the folder and walked away without saying anything else.
Sam Walked outside holding the folder still going over all the information the man had told her. She opened the folder and started to read, it was her adoption forms signed by her parents, adoption papers for Samantha. "No...this can't be right, I know my mom and dad. They raised me till I was seven, this has to be some sick joke someones pulling on me." She looked more into the files most of it was blacked out, like the information of her biological mother and where she was from but she saw something that caught her eye, "Hero High?" What ever was going on it had something to do with Hero High. she walked back to where Harkin was still reading the papers trying to find more clues on what this was about.

Zero turned to face Hunter, hes changed from the first time they met a day ago he kind of sounded sweet. She shook the idea out of her head, "I'm not going back but I guess we can still have our date, I wont let that lady ruin the rest of my day."

((sry if its a little confusing but basically sam found out she was adopted 😄 ))

"Well if your not coming back then where are you gonna stay?" Hunter didnt want to act concerned, but he actually cared.

Harkin sat up. "Sam.... You look troubled. Is everything ok?" She spotted the folder. "Whats that?"

Zero looked at the boy confused, why did he care anyways she asked herself, "Well I guess in a tree or on top of a building, trust me after sleeping in a dog crate for 14 years a tree is not half bad.

Sam handed her the folder, "I guess I was adopted or someone is playing a really cruel joke on me, either way I think I'm going to be sick." Sam held her forehead trying to stop the spinning.

"Your crazy. If I slept in a crate for most my life I'd love a bed. You can't stay here forever Zero. Yesterday I was about to leave but you know I thought about it and it's not the right time. Between me and you Im probably going to leave eventually because something in me is making me the opposite of a hero. But I can't let you stay here by yourself and I don't want to sleep in a tree. We have money there's a motel. " Hunter pointed across the street.

Rock glances towards issac, "did he do this to you" rock asks Lucian darkly, about his side injury. Her eyes showing the look he knows oh to well, she would fight issac with or without help if she found out he caused this wound. she has her weapon by the central link, large and a perfect circle, the three cleavers attached to their chains hanging limply in a group, she wont attack unless she knows who is at fault

A pillar of smoke shot from the ground next to Issac. After it cleared a man dresses in a long black cloak looked up at Rock."I think I like this one Issac. She is sassy.I'll take care of this since James is having a hard time keeping a psychic out of his head. Besides our plans are to importan for you to be dealing with fruit flies. Wraith's eyes moved back toward Rock." How rude of me. You havn't a clue who I am." As she spoke his tounge flew out from his mouth and licked Rock on the side of her face." Sweet but salty. I'm going to enjoy dealing with you toots"

Jordan rubbed the back of his head while looking at Gilgamesh. " Geez....Issac must not be so easy if three immortals are all in the same place.What has me worried is what if he is one of us, oh and we better go see what Katt wants. She said she found something big."

Rock helps Lucian sit then the chain in her hand seems to spring to life, her eyes narrowing, the cleavers shine brightly as she sharpens the once dull blades, she had blunted them so she wouldn't hurt Lucian, now they are razor sharp, and ready to kill "One.Do that again and Ill cut your tongue off. Two. I dont care who you are and three, my name is Rock, not toots.

Rock gives a glare that would cause most to fall on their a** in surprise at the rage behind it. "then ill kill you without damaging that body. the metal in her hand fuse into a chain, spikes formed from it

Sam began to read the once blacked out parts of the document, it was in a letter format. "Harkin Deva is unfit and unworthy to raise this child so we have stripped her of her right to raise the child. Also we have bound the child's power and will not cause a treat to anyone so please raise her as a normal human child," the rest was still smugged.
Sam dropped the folder her hand covered her mouth, ahw gasped unable to get enough air. "how is this possible? is this a ****ing joke?!" She backed up from Harkin not knowing what was going on or how to act, she liked Harkin but her life was a lie the people she thought were her parents was a lie. Sam dropped to her knees and tears began to stream from her eyes.

James pressed forward, each step with a strike towards wraith. switching up fire and ice attacks, the closer he got the more brutal the strikes would be, he moved within feet of wraith, attacking several times from leaps and bounds

Harkins eyes went wide. "Wait.. So your... Oh dear... Ok don't panic. Lets just breath and we'll try to figure this out." She took a deep breath in, and then let it out. "Ok... Ok.. Um.." She didn't know what to do. What do you say to a kid in this possition.. Err.. Your daughter. "Its.. Um.. Gonna be ok.. Darling?"
