"Yeah. I'll be sure to do that," Naomi joked. She bumped him back and he flew into the lockers they were passing.
"Omigosh! I'm so sorry," she said as she helped Maran up. There was a dent in the locker and a few students walking past tried to stifle their laughter.
"Are you okay? I've been training with Simon and I tend to forget my own strength sometimes."
"That's the gist of it right there. I have super strength. I'm also a super fighter and stuff." Naomi sighed and answered his previous question. "I'm 18 and this is my last year here. You won't be getting a thing from me," she laughed.
"But really. I don't know what I'm going to do after I leave Hero High. I don't know what I should do. I'm on Strike Force here at the school, but no one ever said what was going to happen after we graduated. I don't know how the world will look at me if I just go out there and start saving people and stuff like that."
She was talking to herself more than she was talking to Maran and she quickly shrugged the upcoming future and smiled at him. "You sure you're okay? I kinda sent you sailing."
Rock starts to think, she remembers when she overheard lance talking once when she first arrived, he has no idea she heard him talking to the others. He didnt think she should stay, he called her evil and said she would kill everyone, if she isnt controled now.... maybe he was right..... She closes her eyes and suddenly opens them her eyes white, glowing from her power. She has never considered herself evil, she attacked her fellow man, killed her family twice, she isnt wanted anywhere. something in rock snaps, the entire school shaking, the metal in the entire building reacting. this time bonnie cant stop her alone, Rock is focused on her own element, her emotions fueling her power, rock has lost her sanity, she is more dangerous then ever
bonnie takes off to find rock before she causes the entire school to colapse in on itself.
Dj had grown so annoyed with some of his teammates he needed to release some pinned up stress. He walked over toward the gym doors and pushed them wide open . Of course muscle bond stud freak a.k.a Jordan was doing something in there. Dj never could understand what was the source Jordan’s own obsession with his body. This guy took his training to the max. He was no doubt the strongest being within the school when it came down to brawling.
Janet was finally in a peace state. She had been depressed but she never would allow herself to grieve the death of her son. Her eyes shot open as she could fell the school rumbling. Right away she could feel Rock’s emotions. This girl was about to destroy the school which was no excuse for what she felt. Janet had lost far more than this child. Taking to the air and flying throughout the halls Janet finally found Rock after following a mental trail. Her fist thought was to just to block mind from using her powers but that would be the last resort. “Rock. What are you doing?” Flicking one of her arms out she began to hold the beams with her telekinesis.
Hitosu was nervous he then thought of an idea from the tournament that happen when Sam first healed him his aura and her healing ability helped him get his aura back if anything dangerous happened he needed to be at full strength "Sam can you use your healing power my aura reserves are short but I can enhance your healing ability to heal my aura I'm sensing a huge aura and this is really bad and I have a feeling who it is"
This girl had gone crazy. Not only did she out right attack a teach it was the second most powerful. “ I don’t know what’s wrong with you Rock but I know it has something to do with Lance. Your not the only one..” Without finishing several metallic dagger had been thrown at Janet from Rock. Within the time it took to process what was happening Janet had stopped most of them. A few successfully grazed the side of her arm. The structure of the school was becoming more damage from both forces trying to control it. “I told myself after Aaron I’d never do this again. It killed was the amount that killed him but I see I’m forced once again to use it.” After taking a heavy sigh Janet began to do what she hated. She had mastered her powers years ago but situations such as this was rare. Again she’d more than likely almost kill herself in the name of protecting these students. With a great deal of focus she began to seal the schools structure.
Rock glareing without a word, the daggers melt returning to rock as more metal shoots at janet, a shower of needles heading for her, rock has lost all sanity, she has lost everything that kept her restrained. He called her evil and dangrous, they want evil and dangerous she will give them evil and dangerous!
Sam gets to her feet and watches in horror as Rock's and Janet's power fight for control over the building, she is clueless on what to do. If she help Janet she'd only get in the way, the least she could do was place a shield around Janet well she powered up, Sam put a wall of energy around Janet blocking the daggers, suddenly Hitosu was in back of her asking her to heal him. Sam turned around, and grabbed Hitosu's hand and pulled him along. "We have to get out of here now, Jamet can handle her!" Sam said hoping the other students would have the same idea.
Katt was about to turn around and kiss Ben as till she felt the school began to feel their room shake. “ Ben is it really necessary to shake our whole room?” She honestly thought this was just the excitement of Ben till she could no longer feel the steaming water landing on her back. Neither of them had turned it off.
Now with Sam’s shield up Janet could focus more on Rock now. * If I don’t stop this girl now she’s going to kill us all. I hate having to use such measures on her * Telepathy was her second option before just taking her out without any thought. “Your mind is so unstable it’ll take hours if not days to psychically piece it back together. Still no matter how discomposed your mind is it’s still subject to psychic attacks. Now Rock this is what I’m going to do. As of right now I’m going to place mental blocks in your mind blocking you from using your powers like this till your mind is sane. If you continue I’ll be forced to slam you around with me telekinesis.”
rocks response is the words "evil" "dangerous" and "kill us all" being repeated in her mind spoken with Lance's voice, stopping her powers wont end this. She never stopped due to being thrown around, she is too insane her mind saying she has nothing more to loose, force will not stop her, she will have to be locked up in an insanity ward of some type. Rock runs for her, a sword forming in her hand from her jewelry, she attacks the shield with all her force, not careing what happens to her anymore
"VINCIRE"
At that moment, Rock's body was encased by a ring of shimmering force. She was lifted a few feet off the floor and was held there by what appeared to be nothing. Then, just as soon as it started, the building stopped shaking so violently.
Ben and Katt appeared, light and sparkeling energy strategically covering their bodies due to the lack of time to get dressed. Ben, seeing the crazed but distant look in Rock's eyes, felt an emptiness that almost floored him. He knew this was going to happen. Lance was gone and Rock could not handle it.
"That is a binding spell, Rock. And it is only breakable by the reversal spell. You are no longer able to access your powers while bound. You are also paralyzed and being drained of energy as we speak. The process is slow and that means that you can still speak for the time being."
He went over to Janet and combined his telekinesis with her's to help stablize the building. While it was true that Ben had both Telekinesis and Telepathy, Janet's was far more powerful than his. Ben's was magically gained and had more pornounced limits. For instance, he could not lift anything with his TK that he could not lift physically and his TP was limited to just extensive conversations and mild mind control that he, himself labeled as only high level persuasion.
When the building was fixed, he slowly turned back towards the suspended Rock and felt nothing but pity for her. This wasn't the act of someone who aimed to kill just to kill. He didn't even think she wanted to kill anyone. Not really, anyway. No. She was hurting and alone.
She didn't get along with anyone else at the school other than Lance and Lucian, and they were currently MIA. So it was of no surprise to him that something like this happened. He just wasn't expecting it so soon.
"I can only imagine what you are going through, Rock. To have someone you love and need in your life just disappear is too much for you to bare. I am not going to lie in saying that Lance and Lucian were the only ones capable of dealing with you. You were better when they were around. And they aren't now and you are feeling abandoned.
"But that is no reason to take it out on the one place that was and still is willing to help you. What are we to do to help you?"
Naomi was laughing at Maran when the school started shaking. Students began to pour out of their rooms, screaming. The metal lockers began to bend and twist and in that one moment, Naomi knew who could and would cause such a thing. "Rock," she growled. She darted off, although she didn't know where the girl was.
She made it out to the quad when the shaking stopped. Simon, stepping out of the shadow of the fountian she was next to, looked at her and shrugged.
A terrified student, running with his eyes closed, lost his balance and fell into to the fountain.
Finally being free of holding the school up Janet looked over at Ben and Katt. Her facial expression showed how surprise she was to see the two like this. “ Well you two are sure in a hurry. Couldn’t even dry off?” She gave a slight laugh before focusing back on Rock. “ No you aren’t made to do this. You chose this Rock. Your powers have nothing to do with this. He was family to me. We spent years with each other even almost had children. All that is gone now. You don’t see me going around seeking to destroy this school or anywhere else. I know he’s been like a Father to you, so let me be like your mother.”
“ This isn’t some random mumbo jumbo Rock. This is the truth. You said no one likes you but every time some reaches out toward you, you push them back. You never have given any of us a chance to love you. No one here fears you nor thinks your crazy. Maybe grumpy at times but that’s just what makes you fit in here. Strike Force is your family. They love you and deep down inside you know it’s true. Your afraid of letting them down or mistakenly killing them like you did your family like it says in your file. You even exhibit a great deal of grief right now and I don’t even have to read your mind to tell. It’s rippling all off your body. “You didn’t do it. You didn’t kill him. Rock it was a illusion just the same I can create here. “ With a wave of her hand a perfect illusion of Lance appeared. He look, smelt, sounded and even felt like him. “ That is what you saw Rock, that is what you fought. Nothing but air and your own thoughts.”
Katt placed her hand on Ben’s Shoulder. “ Do you think that you two can being her mind back from this? She seems pretty far gone by now.” With a genuine expression of Rock’s situation Katt could only hope that the two could help her. “There must be something you can do. Isn’t there a spell or something that will reverse this?”
