HERO HIGH 2 - The Mystery

"You don't have one thing, Derek. And that is experience. Not only experience in battle, but overall. You may think your plan is as masterful as you think it is, but when it backfires on you... Nothing you will be able to do but stop it. I warn you now, before you are left with nothing, with no one, no friend and no allies, stop this foolish crusade of yours against The Guild, and everything will be fine. I still do not see your intentions against the guild. I am more then sure they are individual. You are afraid that The Guild is a threat to yourself, as it is the only organization with members powerful enough to bring you down on your knees"

Ricardo stays quiet this time throughout the trip all the way to his Dorm as they both walk side by side with hands together. He thought about himself and all he can think about was how this experience felt different all of a sudden ever since transferring to Hero High. But of course, Ace of Tales would not hear no more and he knew that she would not listen to any more excuses to what he said. He felt guilty for calling Ace of Tales untrustworthy. He sighed and put his chin up, trying not to look down and continued on.

Minutes later, they have made it to Ricardo's dorm. The halls were empty and quiet throughout the dorm halls. He knew where his dorm was by heart and it wash is first day. He walked with her over to his dorm, still holding her by her hand and then stops in front of the door as he hits the combination keys to open it which was located right next to the door.

Ricardo: ".........Ummm.......Would you like to come inside?"

Ricardo wanted to start from scratch now and try his best to take back those words from now on. He gets closer to Ace of Tales.

"That's the spirit, my brave knight .. of course I'd like to co..-"

She paused in her sentence and in her steps, looking over her shoulder with a sigh. She suddenly recalled Jinx, and that she was assigned to retrieve her. She turned to look back at Ricardo, thinking to herself for a while. She tapped with her foot where she stood, struggling with her conscience.

"Ah, screw it. Yeah sure, I'll come inside. In how much trouble could she be? She's invulnerable"

She smiled at him, caught him by the collar of his shirt and pulled him inside.

Derek kept looking at Vash's back.

''You are right Vash. The Guild's members all together would put me down on my knees. But it will not stay unified for long, I can assure you. Once the seeds will have been planted, it will divide, allowing me to take the guild a small amount at a time... as of you now''.

With a temporal wormhole, he appeared right in front of Vash's face. With a fast arm movement towards his direction, he was able to concentrate of collecting all physical matters floating in the area. As he controled its acceleration, even with so little surface, it hit Vash hard, sending him flying a few metters back.

She smiled, looking at Peter as she then turned to look at the ladder. She looked back at her friend and walked up to him, placing her hand on his shoulder. She had her wings folded tight at her back and she kept her head low in respect.

"To us you mean, you are the only person I know and trust on this school so don't expect losing me on the very first day"

Peter said, placing his hand over hers, he didn't know why he did it, it was more of a reflex then a actual thought, he thought a bit about this as they walked onwards.

"At least you wings seems more relaxed now and why do you keep you head low, out of respect for the very persons that doesn't accept you for what you is?"

Peter asked interested while still looking straight ahead, his eyes focused on a object that couldn't be seen.

"What the -" said Vash as he got thrown back. He got up brushing off the dust off his trench coat.

"I just cleaned it..." he muttered, before taking out his handgun in his left hand and his sword in his right hand.

"Time to party?" he asked with a smirk on his face before sending a few bullets at Derek, and appearing at his side at great speed, before elbowing him in the face and sending a cleave of his sword at his torso.

As soon as Vash shot bullets, Derek wormholed himself out of their way.

But Vash was right. He did not have any experience in true battles. As he check arround, he lost sight of Vash. Only too late did he see him again, only to have his left cheek hit by the elbow. But Derek's pride and anger kept him focused, just in time as he saw the blades coming for him. Quickly, and at astonishing speed, even for himself, was able to modify gravity arround the blades, many times higher than normal. As they hit the ground, Derek laugh.

''Trusting your equipement, I see. That is the difference between you and me. I recquire only... MYSELF!''

As he pronounced those words, he led two fingers on Vash's forhead. Seeing all the neuronic links, and muscles, he let a powerful electromagnetic force run through his body.

Vash grunted as he felt his blade heave with great power down to the earth, like it has gained a huge amount of weight. He could try to continue using it, but he felt that would be an unneeded risk. He dropped the blade and it felt down on the earth, making a loud clank as it did so.

Derek's finger moved over to Vash's forehead, and Vash stood there, smirking as Derek stood in awe that the electromagnetic force didn't faze him whatsoever, as his magical resistance took its effect..

"Not yourself, but your powers. Something that can be countered pretty easily" he replied. Vash started to feel exhausted and tired as the magical resistance took energy out of Vash's body. Vash grabbed Derek's arm and spun it behind Derek's back, twisting it, before tapping the heel of his right shoe into the ground, as a blade protracted from the tip of the shoe. Vash smirked as he got ready to stab Derek's leg from behind.

((This power isn't magic, it's physics. You create magic, but physics is like a physical force damaging without anyone hitting you. I've used the electromagnetic field as a force to draw upon you the wished physical effect. In this case, it was to paralyse your body. I'll ignore the last post you made, so we can continue from mine just before yours.

Vash finally grabbed Derek's arm and moved it away from his foehead, and spun it behind Derek's back, twisting it, before tapping the heel of his right shoe into the ground, as a blade protracted from the tip of the shoe. Vash smirked as he got ready to stab Derek's leg from behind.

"You require not yourself, but your powers" whispered Vash into his ear.

As the blade started to penetrate his skin, with a quick wormhole, Derek managed to teleport himself a few meters in front of Vash.

''But do I not recquire myself to use my powers, as you recquire yourself to use your now useless blades?''.

This time, he did not want to get close to Vash. The less touching the better. He shot his electromagnetic waves directly on Vash, from what he felt was a safe distance. After a couple of seconds, he stopped.

''How does it feel, Vash, to be paralysed the way you are. The way you will be when I will make you kill the one you love most, or maybe she kill you''.

With a laugh, he started to shock Vash again, not to finish him, but to ensure he gave him as much pain as he could.

as Skiv and dark got to the door of there dorm, Skiv handed Derek the room key.

"Here i dont need it i get in through other means. Also i wont be sleeping there tonight so remember what i said meet me in the courtyard after 1st hour tommorow." As he finished speaking his slowly swung his glowing arm in a large circle in the air, which soon became a large portal. Skiv stepped through the portal and it closed behind him.

He ended up his masters temple back home, His master was was talking to a white cloaked man a follower of his. His master Tsecti turned to face Skiv who apun seeing his master kneeled before him.

Tsecti: "What do you want my apprentice" his voice echoing powerfully throughout the room

Skiv: :I need more power, in order to show them what i truly represent and am capable of" as skiv said this a faint tremble could be heard in his voice indicating fear of what should happen

Tsecti then grabbed the man in the white cloak by the throat and tossed him infront of Skiv "Here drain this man of all of his natural magical energy"

The man began pleading for mercy so Skiv turned his head and put his right hand above the mans face and began sucking the energy out of him, The screamed and begged not for him to take it all but Skiv did killing the man. His eyes began to glow and so did the rest of his body as he could feel himself gotten so much stronger, but he needed more direction and skill.

Skiv: "Master Train me some more, so i can be ready for that worlds tommorow." Tsecti just nodded and began to lead Skiv to the training hall.

Jacob just shrugged and moved forward away from the group. A slight glare was almost stamped across his face as he lulled over to a table and sat down. He rested his head on the palm of his hand and thought to himself. "As long as Devin is here.. I can't even use my dragon. I'll have to find a way to beat his dragon as well."

Devin sat down close to Jacob but more down the row and on the other side. His expression was normal but his thoughts were all the same. "I'm going to kill you this time, Jacob. I know I will, and my dragon will consume your dragon's power."

Camille grabed julia by the hand and led her some where to sit,waving to arron to come and follow.Her seat stolen by devin,she felt as if this was planed she took her seat father then where the group was siting.She pulled out her bag and sat sushie on the table sliding some to julia which made her seem more happyer.

Camille looked at jacob seeing something was wrong but the space between them didn't help them at all.
"Thanks camille,you got good sushie taste,well you make good sushie,years of trying,you got it"
Julia winked at her teasing her and pushed a pecie of sushie in her mouth.

Camille made her own sushie,she worked hard on it,she wasnt hungry not touching any of it really,just rolling one around on the bag looking down .

Aaron looked over at Devin.His Empathy began to pick up on an bad aura.Aaron had never known he had this newly leveled empathic power."You say something?Never mind.I need some water"Aaron stood up and walked toward the water fountain

Devin used his temporal displacement to pull the entire tray over and looked it over. "You girl don't need to be eating to much now!", He said teasingly. Jacob stood and grabbed Devin's wrist and forced it down onto the table. "Rule one, you always respect women. Rule two, never act unprofessional infront of a superior, and last but not least. Rule three, never insult MY friends." Devin pulled his hand loose and stood up as well. "We're not back in ROTC, you're not my superior anymore, and I wouldn't want you to be anyway. You'd just get me kill like Jones and Ramirez." Jacob swung a punch that Devin caught. The punch startled Devin into using his temporal displacement again on himself. Jacob had slowed time at exactly the moment that Devin had used his power. "They both instanly vanished, with Jacob emerging a few seconds later, being slung into the wall, Devin was no where to be seen.

"Stay"
Camille shot to julia her eyes grew darker,she felt as if she was just going to let this take over.She walked over to jacob quickly,and grabed him by the wrist and draged him down to floor.Anger made camille stronger.
"Calm down jacob,don't start stuff,where the hell is devin"
She growled,Her grip on jacobs wrist was tight to the point he could get out of it.Her small size showing her strength brought eyes to her .She wasnt stronge till she was angered.

3. As well as respect for a game, also respect other people's characters- this is very much the Golden Rule of Unhosted RPing. Don't just kill others off, or totally do them over, or totally undo some work they have done, just like that, for no reason, with no plot or drama, simply because you wanted it that way. This sort of egoism makes for very bad games. Players being caught doing exceptionally nasty things to others- and believe me, we have seen all sorts here over time- will face immediate bans from the RP areas, and if necessary bans form the board.
