Galactus/Tyrant vs. Mercurio/Xorr The God Jewel
Xorr is said to possess incalculable cosmic power, even greater than beings such as Galactus, but is it enough to take on a FULL POWER Tyrant & Galactus at 75% POWER. Personally, I think Galactus at FP would mop the floor with these clowns.
-Galactus DOES NOT have the UN
(reason: in Thor #214, they trick Xorr into eating a star that was on the verge of going nova and that destroyed him. The UN would tear him a new A-Hole.)

a star destroyed him? Then galactus easily. Surfer has been shown to be able to absorb a star.
In a different fight, the wendell vaughn version of quasar drained a star's worth of power from surfer during combat, and surfer didn't even notice the power drain- his reserves were THAT high.
Galactus is >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> surfer in terms of power. no way one star's worth of power- going nova or not- even scratches him.
