History: William was a S.W.A.T. team leader before the wars. He shot in competition and won many medals for his abilities. One he wears on his breast plate for World S.W.A.T. comp. 1st place, of which he is very proud of.
Nature: Calm under Fire. Able to asses scenarios with out haste and act on them with quick judgment.
Specialty: A quick aim, he is able to eliminate multiple targets.

Appearance: Wears full COG armor. Under his helmet, he is handsome, but war has hardened him. His gray-blue eyes depict inner conflict, but still maintain a happiness about them. His blond hair is actually a bit longer than the regulation hair length, but no one ever says anything since his head is usually in his helmet.
Starting Weapon: Lancer
History: Tobiasz was born in Jacinto to an old soldier and a teacher. He was raised well enough, and had a normal life. His father wanted his son to stay as far away from war as possible. Eventually, Tobi became a doctor, working at the Jacinto Hospital. The pendulum wars provided a large influx of paitents, and Dr. Taylor and the rest of the hospital staff were very much against it, seeing the effects of war. When E-Day came, Tobi deceided to join the COG. Unlike the Pendulum Wars, this was a fight for survival against ruthless monsters, not a meaningless fight for Imulsion. (pretty sure that was the cause for the Pendulum Wars, correct me if i'm wrong)
Nature: Tobi loves helping people. He always has. He is very friendly, and has everyone's best interest in mind (usually). He hates the loss of life in war, but feels he should fight to protect his race. Tobi also can be pretty funny, cheering up alot of Gears. Under fire, he resorts to purely methodical training:keep your head down. He remains calm while being shot at, and is paitent enough to wait until the enemy stops firing to fire back. All in all, he keeps a level-head in combat.
