Who wins? And what has this Imp done? Power wise.

Well if we are to assume all the 5-d imps are the same Lkz wins. If they're not and Mxy is just unusually powerful dorm wins. But being as Mxy says he doesn't have any powers just tech i'd assume Lkz has the same tech. So lkz ftw.

During his limited appearances, Lkz only affected reality on a global scale. So if we are basing this strictly on feats, I'd give it to Dormammu.
