There's quite a few picks that are obviously there to utilize their "base." My question is, how often can we use a person's home base? Could, say, Scoob and leo use the Batcave for every match? Or are they limited to 1 usage? Because we've all know about the base rule since the beginning, but I've never seen this clarified.
