No becuase fan ideas rarely if ever become canon. Unless they submit them to SS.com and they are integrated into a future SW project.

Also, some EU authors are Sw fans...and Lucas has been known to take characters and such from the EU, atleast the better of the EU.

I just got the comic versions of Splinter of the Mind's Eye. That was interesting: the most canon-conflicting EU book ever... hehehehe. Also one of the first EU books.
