I actually don't see Cass beating either Cap nor DD in a fight. It could be argued that Cass is the weak link on her team with Black Panther being enhanced a great fighter and a genius to boot. Plus all his weapons.
And then theres the supreme ninja Electra who's vicious and more ruthless then Cass the majority of times along with her tricks.
Although IMO Cass and Electra are about as equal as it gets.

Anyone on Team 1 have achance at holding her at bay for a while,
personally id set DD on her to keep her busy, Cap to take Black Panther and with Tele powers off - Batman to handle business against Elektra.
She can see what any of them are about to make.
She is faster in combat speed.
She is more skilled.
And though she can't 'bench press' as much as they can, she certainly hits hard enough to take them down.
Batman would fair better than Captain America against her, because he knows her better, and is also around her level of skill.

So Cap, a person who doesn't know what Cassie is capable of doing, would fair better than Batman who already confronted Cassie several times, and knows her abilities.

That is not a very good logic. Peak-Human doesn't mean the highest level of speed/strength/agility a person can reach, it's the highest level they could reach where those are balanced. For example, though he is peak-human, Captain America is pretty obviously not stronger than Kingpin. So, it is not impossible for a person to be faster than him.
If you want, we can compare speed feats. Though, I have a feeling you don't really know much about either character 🙂
I think Cass is being severely underrated, she is an amazing fighter and move reader and in her last two issues has not even used any of her gadgets except her very own cape and fought off enhanced clone like skills of slade's daughters of herself who were supposedly better than her made by slade. Yes i still think team 1 takes it but by a very slight margin.

Cass + Elektra have the telepathy and body reading to fight as One mind.
First to fall is Batman. The danger of his utilities will be communicated from Cass to Elektra through an immediate rapport.
Panther with gadgets and armour can hold his own against Cap and DD long enough for Team 2 to gain a numerical advantage.
