Whats his current power lvl at?

Him fighting Etrigan would be a great fight alone. If he beat him, it would be barely imo.

I dont think he clears it.

He has a more powerful Penance Stare and can shoot hellfire and chains from his mouth and chest, he can travel between dimensions. There might be more, I'm not sure.

Ghost Rider is the Angel of Vengeance. He will defeat Zadkiel. I'll give an answer then

Yeah I heard somewhere he was basically Marvel's Spectre now, but I don't know for sure.

I would do the list like

3)Current Doc Fate (he is a noob)
4)Zatanna
5)Zauriel
6)Satanus
7)Etrigan
8)Current Eclipso
9)Current Shazam
10)Neron

Anyway I think he stops at 5.
If he make's it he prolly stops at 6 maybe 7.
No way he is getting past 8.

If the list doesn't seem OK change 6-7 and 9-10

Anyway going by your list stops at 2 most of the times but if he gets past Etrigan stops at 6.
