The Juggernaut could be hit by a nuke too and say the same thing but still be moved. So i am sure alot of people can pick him up and throw him. If Juggernaut ran at him and hit him wouldnt he move?

The SOK's best feats of not moving were being hit by a nuke and having a mountain thrown on him.

So something somewhere above that should move him.
