Orion beats him. Thats all there is to it. Feats are resoundinly in Orion's favor. Orion is also more skilled.

Because of who hes linked too is the main point. Highfather wouldn't pick no slouch. He went beyond the wall and fought his other side while on the Source and won, never seen Orion do that before..
Takion was the only hope the Fourth World had stated by the Infinity Man himself once he died everyone would eventually die as well. He could probably do something similar to what IM did to Orion if The Source supplied him enough power. Orion is a fighter and Takion is more level headed, so I can see where both could win or lose.
