It's not uncommon knowledge that Candians love hockey and Americans dislike Canadians. So if someone along the lines makes that connection, it could turn them away from the McCain ticket.

There is no "real football" there is however a sport called Association Football that is sometimes called soccer in the US and Canada while the rest of the world vernacular simply calls it football.

Really though. American Football shouldn't be called that at all. It hardly has anything to do with feet. I'd propose American Armored Rugby.

It doesn't, it just exaggerates that Obama is inexperienced, although, it does also make people safe in that he had Biden to help him...even Biden didn't need the VP slot for that.

Why would he need to try to loose...they would have just nominated Hukabee or better yet, just say the results are whatever they want.
