you have no idea! and endless stream of paper work and telephone calls, ordering equipment and stationary sorting out the invoices for payment, post, makeing files up blah blah blah blah so BORING!!!!!!!!!

some times and other times I hate it.
The department I work in is to aid the disabled and elderly in the private sector (meaning that they own their own home)
So we help with adaptaions and repairs and such.
