Terrax once stalemated Morg. for an entire issue while 4 other beings fought tyrant. that is nothing to laugh at.

I'd have to say Terrax...unless Tony's got one of his heavy-duty armours on. I'm not an IM expert.

I assume this is current Iron Man w/ the Extremis suit.

terraxe can end this with ONE axe swing, and lets not forget he is coated in a substance stronger than any ironman armour.

By all rights Terrax could hit Iron Man at the SOL and obliterate him.

Classic Galan was a huge Stark fan.

Logically, IM should stand NO chance vs any Herald of Galactus. Terrax has destroyed planets, lifted entire islands into orbit, survived inside a black hole (while weakened), etc.. He's capable of FTL travel speeds, he can survive in a vacuum and doesn't require food/water, he's effectively immortal (he doesn't age or get tired the way humans do), and his physical stats are insane.

Having said that, Silver Centurion IM has already beaten Terrax (it happened when Grandmaster captured Death and pit the Avengers vs various dead heroes and villains). He shorted out his armor doing it but he did it. Now keep in mind, this same armor could barely handle Pyro. Comics are full of PIS/CIS/Writer Armor.

Tony is lucky Pyro only decided to overload the suit instead of completely
evaporating him. Pyro has clowned on those Avengers nerds before.
