i always found that scene a bit weird 'cause it would suggest that shifters can control how their body changes. Anatomically speaking, his arm would have been the bull's front leg, not it's horn... or, the producers didn't think about that at all and just went with what looked cool and made it so that Sam's arm was in her chest. *shrug*
