he probably is, though not a spectre fully backed/drawing on the power of the presence.

Think DOV spectre as the pinnacle of what spectre can do without drawing on the presence, and ganthet is probably close to that.

Not everyone on KMC makes that distinction mind you, but I do.

Ganthet is skyfather at best imo, and he hasn't even done anything that put him near Odin.

NO. Tyrant depowered was about 10% Galactus. had he been any more his blast would have instantly killed surfer, gladiator, and even Thanos.
