Old Private Messages

I was just going through my private message folder, hoping to find some from 2003, when I joined. However, it only went back as far as 2006. None the less, it made me smile, remembering some of the fun I´ve had on these boards, and also made me miss a few of the people I dont seem to see on here very often anymore like, D-Double, Syren, Canadian Moose, Tired Hiker, Silver Tears, Baylin, Shellie, Ronny, and many more. I hope these peopleare like me and they come nack once in a while and ended up sticking around for another year before they disappear again for another short while, before reappearing. Never could stay away from here for long, always ended up wandering in and getting stuck. 😆

Anyway, that´s my little spill.

Go through your old PM list, have a read. It´s good fun. 🙂

I was a bit bummed out when I saw that. 🙁. The older ones must get deleted to make room.

I delete my pm's every other day

I would have copied all of mine had I known that they would disappear. Had some funny golden ones in there from back when I first joined.

Earliest one I have is from June 11, 2007.

I think PMs auto-delete after a certain amount of time. Which sucks, I had some from when I first joined that I wish I was able to save (I had about a thousand pages last I checked - can't download them, unfortunately, it's too many and it won't work). I probably have much less now.

The oldest one I have at the moment is from December 11th, 2005. I've only deleted PMs myself once or twice and even then it was just a single individual message...

I got about 930 pages and I can only download them as as .csv. Which is not my preferred format, but better than nothing, I guess.

what the hell. I have some from dec 2005, and none older.
and I would never delete some correspondence from 2004. never ever.

we used to be able to save them. what happen to that?

I delete them all. all I say.
