In context of the thread? Nah - Punisher doesn't have the symbiont. He has the tech suit.

they both have a chacne of killing eachother. both of them have beaten eachother before. With the suit it just gets more evened out considering Frank has no healing factor, no supersenses, no superpowers and is in his 50's. if he could beat Logan without the suit, and even did impressively against him in a straight fight, i think he can beat him with the suit.
Frank wiht suit 7/10.
Frank wihtout suit 5/10 or 4/10 since Logan has the advantages.

Mung was the only one trying to kill humans. And that Venom suit was bad ass. It was even healing Castle as it was healing itself from Mung's double sword slash. His strength had to be amped to at least class 15+.
